English Hobnail Depression Glass Perfume Bottle

On of the few Depression Glass patterns to have a Perfume Bottle is the English Hobnail Pattern. English Hobnail was made by the Westmoreland Glass Company from the 1920s through the 1980s. It was made in Pink, Cobalt Blue, Turquoise Blue, Green, Red, Black, White, Crystal (clear) and Amber. The Crystal and Amber colors were made in the 40s, 50s 60s (not true "Depression Glass") and the other colors are considered Depression Glass, or made in the Depression Era.

To be a relatively rare item, it is surprisingly affordable.

The perfume bottle is on the larger side, it is 6 1/2" tall with a 3" diameter at the base.

I have always loved this vintage graphic - it has an English Hobnail Perfume Bottle on the nightstand!
